Lynn Schott joined EPIC in 2011. She is a highly accomplished Human Resource executive with extensive hands-on expertise in benefits. Lynn spent over 20 years in the corporate sector across a variety of industries administering benefits, serving on Retirement Committees, troubleshooting employee concerns and identifying and implementing best practices wherever she worked.
Lynn brings to EPIC a Client and Participant-focused perspective which allows us to customize our Client and Participant communication to assure we are touching upon the most important issues for both. In addition, she does extensive research to identify articles and issues of interest so that the Knowledge Center on the EPIC Website has the most meaningful array of information.
Lynn graduated Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and has gained significant benefits expertise through both on-the-job experience and relevant seminars.
