Ruth Luna has been an important member of the EPIC team for 19 years. With almost 30 years’ experience in the corporate sector, Ruth’s extensive work experience incorporates the Investment, Financial, Insurance and Licensing sectors. At EPIC she serves as our Client Relationship Manager. In this role she works with current and prospective clients by answering questions regarding services and resolving issues the clients have. This involves ongoing contact with clients to ensure their overall satisfaction. In addition, she handles the visual design of our advertisements, the preparation of corporate announcements and Client presentations, and handles the creation and production of our Client’s 401k Performance Monitoring Tables and Analytical Spreadsheets.
Ruth attended Hunter College in New York City studying Principals of Accounting and Economics, and is certified in Computer Application by the HANAC Skills Development Center in New York City.
